We will submit to all dental insurances for your child's dental care. Please be sure to check with your carrier to determine if you are able to go to any provider. Some insurances require you to see an "in network" dentist.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
We accept Michigan Healthy Kids insurance
(Delta Dental ONLY) when you are referred by your general dentist for treatment.
Please bring the necessary dental insurance information to our Grand Rapids office at your child's first visit.
For your convenience, we also accept most major credit cards as well as Care Credit.
